Whitaker when for unknown reasons she lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle swerved to the left into the grass median, traveled a short distance in the median, and then swerved back right diagonally across both northbound lanes.The Blazer then left the roadway on the right shoulder, crossed a ditch, struck a water meter, and overturned. As it overturned, it crashed into two mobile homes, coming to rest upside down between the two mobile homes.One mobile home received significant damage, while the other was virtually demolished. Fortunately, neither mobile home was occupied at the time of the crash.Ms. Whitaker was not injured in the crash; however, her passenger, Natalie J. Darr, was possibly injured. Ms. Whitaker indicated that she thought the vehicle might have slid on a patch of ice; however, no ice could be found on the roadway in the vicinity of the crash. She was charged with Failure to Maintain Control of her vehicle.
